The Waverley Inn will soon be open – with opening planned for February the 3rd!
We asked if they could send a sneak preview of what they have n store for us and this is what they had to say!
“We’re very excited to announce the launch of The Waverley Inn, coming soon to Weybridge in Surrey.
The Waverley Inn is the 4th site under the Rarebreed Umbrella – the exact open date will be confirmed over the coming days. Unlike it’s sister restaurants, The Waverley Inn will set a new formula offering a fish based menu, contrasting the traditionally steak heavy menu.
The true Rarebreed values will be maintained, sourcing only the best quality, local and British ingredients.
The Kitchen will be headed up by chef Pawel Switulski who comes with plenty of experience, having run kitchens at The Corn Stores and Rarebreed’s first restaurant; The Plough Inn, Cobham.

Guests can expect fresh fish caught daily and displayed over an open fish counter.
The food offering will include shell fish and alternative cuts cooked over an open flame. Much like it’s sister restaurants, many of these cuts will be cured and smoked in-house, providing unique flavour, exclusive to Rarebreed Dining restaurants.”
ANNOUNCEMENT: Regretfully we won’t be opening our doors in time for the festive period as we had hoped. Difficulties in the reconstruction of the building has meant we’ve had to delay the launch. As the saying goes “anything worth doing, is worth doing right”. We will be opening our doors to the public on Saturday 1 February and we’re thrilled to welcome #Weybridge residents to see our stunning new venue. For more information about the launch join our mailing list (link in bio). Until then we will continue to work effortlessly, transforming our vision into a reality.
